15x15 oil on canvas.

This piece was another one of those spontaneous paintings that came entirely from my imagination.

It was also one of my first times really experimenting with a palette knife, which made the whole process much more playful. I especially loved the shadows and little ridges left behind by the paint there’s something about the texture a palette knife creates that feels almost sharp and alive.
